Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) \u2013 KekeliAcademy.com<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

1. Purpose<\/h5>\n

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) set out the terms under which Kekeli Academy sells, via its website www.kekeliacademy.com, vouchers granting access to training courses or certification exams.<\/p>\n

2. Acceptance of the T&Cs<\/h5>\n

Any order placed on the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. The Client declares that they have read and understood the T&Cs before validating their order.<\/p>\n

3. Order<\/h5>\n

The Client must follow the online ordering process and provide accurate information.
Once the order is confirmed and payment is completed, a confirmation email will be sent containing the order details.
Kekeli Academy reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute, payment issue, or suspicion of fraud.<\/p>\n

4. Prices and Payment<\/h5>\n

Voucher prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars), XOF (West African CFA Franc), EUR (Euros), and MAD (Moroccan Dirhams), inclusive of all taxes.
The currency used for the final payment depends on the chosen payment method and the Client\u2019s location.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering via credit card or any other method offered on the Site.
In the event of payment failure or delay, the order may be suspended or cancelled.<\/p>\n

5. Delivery of Vouchers<\/h5>\n

Vouchers are delivered electronically to the email address provided during the order process.
It is the Client\u2019s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of the email address provided.
Delivery generally takes place within 24 to 72 business hours.<\/p>\n

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy<\/h5>\n

In view of the digital and personalized nature of the vouchers sold (non-personalized but single-use vouchers), no refund will be made after the voucher has been sent by email.<\/p>\n

However, a refund may be granted only if the request is made before the voucher is sent, provided that:
The voucher has not yet been generated or sent,
The request is submitted in writing to info@kekeliacademy.com within a maximum of 24 hours after the order.<\/p>\n

Once the voucher has been sent, the sale is final and non-refundable.<\/p>\n

7. Warranty and Liability<\/h5>\n

Kekeli Academy strives to provide high-quality training and exams through its official partners.
It cannot be held responsible for the results obtained following training or exams.
Kekeli Academy shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure, unavailability of third-party services, or disruptions related to internet or email networks.<\/p>\n

8. Personal Data<\/h5>\n

The personal data collected is necessary for processing orders and managing the client relationship.
Kekeli Academy undertakes to respect the confidentiality of your data in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data.
You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data by sending a request to info@kekeliacademy.com.<\/p>\n

9. Modification of the T&Cs<\/h5>\n

Kekeli Academy reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of the order.<\/p>\n

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/h5>\n

These T&Cs are governed by Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the courts of Casablanca shall have jurisdiction.<\/p>\n
